Warning: If an underage person opens an account by providing false information, that account will be closed immediately and all associated deposits and winnings may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account
Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts under the same name, at the same address, from the same device, or using the same payment method will result in all accounts being closed and deposited funds may not be returned.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information for name, address, date of birth, or payment details may result in the account being suspended or closed. n888 must be informed immediately of any change in information.
2.4 Account Security
It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. n888 is not responsible if someone else accesses your account and places bets or makes transactions. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact the support team immediately.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method on the n888 platform is ৳200 (two hundred taka). No deposit below this amount will be accepted.
3.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals below this amount are not possible.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if an identity verification process is ongoing or if unusual activity is detected.

4. Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making a total balance of ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing a total of ৳25,000 in bets.
Warning: If you attempt a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be cancelled. Only the original deposit amount may be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
Bonuses may only be used on games available on the n888 platform. Bonuses may not apply to certain games — details will be provided on the promotions page. Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
If evidence is found of bonus abuse — through the use of multiple accounts, third-party funds, or any other scheme — n888 reserves the right to close that account and cancel all associated bonuses and winnings.
5. Gaming Rules
5.1 Game Outcomes
All game outcomes on the n888 platform are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every outcome is completely random and cannot be influenced by any party. n888 is committed to fair play.
5.2 Technical Issues
In the event of a technical problem, disconnection, or server error during a game, n888 will make decisions based on the last saved game data. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, the amount of that bet may be refunded.
5.3 Sports Betting
In the sports betting section, n888 provides the opportunity to bet on various sporting events. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded, though specific rules may vary depending on the situation.
5.4 Live Casino
When participating in live casino games, the user must make decisions within the designated time limit. If the time limit is exceeded, the system may automatically select a default option or the bet may be cancelled.
6. VIP Program
The n888 platform has a four-tier VIP program for regular players that offers weekly cashback rewards:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week
VIP tiers advance upward gradually based on the user's activity on the platform. Cashback terms may change and n888 reserves the right to modify the details of the VIP program at any time. Cashback is credited directly to the account and a wagering requirement may apply.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in the immediate closure of the account:
- Participating in or facilitating any fraudulent activity
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
- Using a third party's account or payment method
- Participating in money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Operating games using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Harassing other users or attempting to harm them
- Attempting unauthorized access to n888's systems
Consequences: If any of the above activities are detected, all deposits and winnings in the associated account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 n888's Rights
n888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior warning in the following circumstances: violation of these terms, suspicion of fraud, failure to verify identity, or proof of being underage.
8.2 Closure at the User's Own Request
If a user wishes to close their account voluntarily, please contact the support team. It is advised to withdraw any withdrawable funds before closing the account.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
